Applicants are expected to have a Ph.D. degree in their professional fields, and should be outstanding in research and teaching. Offer to candidates of Full Professor / Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor will be decided according to their research fields, publication record, teaching experience, and so on.
The candidates who passed our final interview of Assistant Professor will be with a 4-year fixed-term contract. Recruited candidates will join in a tenure track and relevant evaluation system. Outstanding candidates at Associate Professor or above titles will have the opportunity to have tenure.
About School of Management, Xi'an Jiaotong University

XJTU’s School of Management was originally established in 1928. It is among the first group of schools in China to offer professional degree programs such as MBA and EMBA. Compensation Package
Professional titles and salary will be offered according to the candidate's qualifications and experience. Successful candidates will receive a competitive remuneration package based on the international standard.
For instance, Full Professors/Associate Professors will be supported by the Young Talents Support Plan at XJTU with basic salaries ranging from 450, 000 RMB/year to 600,000 RMB/year. Extra working and living benefits include attractive start-up research fund (above 500,000 RMB), settle-in allowance (300,000 RMB to 500,000RMB for duty-free), an apartment, social insurance, health care, and high-quality educational resources for children.
Assistant Professors will be provided with a basic salary ranging from RMB 240,000 yuan/year to RMB 450,000 yuan/year. Extra working and living benefits include an apartment or the housing subsidy of RMB 1500 yuan /month, social insurance, health care, and high-quality educational resources for children.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants are expected to have a Ph.D. degree in their professional fields, and should be outstanding in research (with potential for publishing articles in top journals) and teaching.
